Outlook Trouble, March 2018

Users may experience problems with Outlook after the recent email server update.  To resolve this issue, please follow the steps provided in this link.  Following these steps will reset your signature to blank, and you will need to manually re-open any archive folders you have created.

If you continue to experience issues with Outlook, you can access your email via the web here.  Please send an email to helpdesk@gccschools.com to create a ticket.  A technician will assist you as soon as possible.

If you access email from your smartphone, you may need to remove the account and add it again.

    I have sent several emails, replying to my kids teachers and this helpdesk@schools.com, and they address all returned as blocked by gccs.
